About
👋 Hi there! I’m a Senior Support Escalation Engineer at Microsoft with over 22 years of experience in the IT industry. My expertise spans disaster recovery, business continuity, and cloud solutions. As a subject matter expert in Azure Site Recovery, Azure Migrate, Azure Backup, and System Center Virtual Machine Manager (SCVMM), I’m committed to helping organizations ensure the resilience and reliability of their IT infrastructures.
My passion lies in simplifying the complex. Whether it’s designing disaster recovery strategies, guiding seamless cloud migrations, or resolving escalated technical challenges for the largest enterprise clients, my goal is to make advanced technology accessible and actionable. I believe that the power of technology should be harnessed without unnecessary complexity, allowing businesses to focus on what matters most—growth and innovation.
The purpose of this blog is to document procedures, talk about new services and features, and also post about any other useful pieces of information that I find interesting. I will also cover how to troubleshoot and fix complex issues that IT professionals and organizations might encounter. This is something I expect to use as a reference guide for myself as something of a personal knowledge base, but I thought perhaps these posts might be of interest to others in the community as well
